Overview
Water Tower Field is a 3 acre multipurpose turf field that is used for Club Sports, Intramurals, and recreation. We’re excited to host the GameBreaker Lacrosse Camps at Wake Forest University. Join us and improve your lacrosse skills this summer!
Camp is open to all ages and ability levels. Each camper will be assessed and grouped with campers of similar age and ability levels. Adjustments to the groups may be made throughout the week to provide campers with opportunities to train with and compete against different players. Drills, games, and scrimmages are designed to help each camper learn, improve, and have fun!
About Our Coaches
Coach Emily Phipps is the Girls Varsity Lacrosse Coach at South Iredell High School.
Born and raised in Linthicum, MA, Phipps started playing Lacrosse at the age of 6. She competed at Archbishop Spalding High School and played for the CCLax Club Team.
Phipps continued her playing career at the collegiate level at Wingate University. She started as a Freshman, earned Defensive Player of the Year, and helped lead her team win the SAC Conference Championship.
Coach Phipps is excited to share her energy and love of the game at the GameBreaker Lacrosse Camps.
Camp Details
Overnight Campers: Check in at 12PM-1PM Sunday. Campers should be picked up at 4PM Wednesday.
Extended Day Campers: Check in at 12PM-1PM Sunday (9AM every other day). Campers should be picked up at 8:30PM Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and at 4PM Wednesday. (Lunch and dinner are included)
Make sure campers bring all necessary lacrosse equipment (lacrosse stick, gloves, shoulder, arm and rib pads, helmet, goggles, mouthguard, cleats/turf shoes, etc.), a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, lunch and snack.
