GameBreaker is excited to announce a new Pennsylvania boys lacrosse camp this summer.  Bryn Mawr offers great amenities, including spacious dorms, an all-you-can-eat dining hall, and beautiful athletic fields.  Overnight and extended day camper options are offered.  Join us for a great week of lacrosse and improvement this summer!

About Our Coaches

Mark Duncan

Duncan is currently the Head Lacrosse Coach at The Shipley School, a Pre-K through grade 12 day school founded in 1894 is located in Bryn Mawr, PA. During his tenure The Shipley School has been the class of the Friends Schools League, winning five consecutive league titles during an ongoing thirty-five game league winning streak. Outside of league play, Shipley boys’ lacrosse team has enjoyed much success, amassing a 126-47 record since 2005. During that time, the program has produced two All-State performers, and one All-American, while accumulating seven lacrosse titles.With Mark at the helm they have advanced to the EPSLA state playoffs each year. In 2005 Mark was named Coach of the Year in both the Main Line Times and Main Line Life newspapers. Before his tenure at The Shipley School, Mark was the Head Offensive Assistant at Division III powerhouse Whittier College. While the offensive coordinator, Whittier finished 19-1 and was ranked in the Top 20 all season, winning a WCLL Championship.

Mark also enjoyed a great playing career. He attended famed Ward Melville High School in Long Island. In 1992, his team went undefeated and was crowned New York State Champions. Mark went on to play at Division I Lehigh University, where he led the nation in goals scored (54) in 1997. He was crowned the Patriot League Offensive Player of the Year in 1998 and was also 1st team All-Patriot league attackman in 1997 and 1998. A 1998 preseason All-American and North-South Team alternate, Mark holds the Division I and Patriot League record for scoring eight goals in one game in 1997 and finished his career at Lehigh as the all-time leading goal scorer with 129 goals. Mark is a high school and college US Lacrosse NCAA official in the Philadelphia area, where he also runs year round lacrosse clinics. He has directed lacrosse summer camps across the country for the past five summers for GameBreaker Lacrosse Camps.

Kyle Buchanan

Kyle Buchanan is currently in his 4th professional lacrosse season with the New England Blackwolves of the NLL. He has played at every level in both indoor and outdoor lacrosse including a stint with the Philadelphia Wings before their move to New England. Additionally, Kyle was drafted 20th overall by the Rochester Rattlers of the MLL in the 2012 Supplemental Draft, and his rights currently sit with the Ohio Machine. Along with the NLL, Kyle is also the team captain for the Scotland National Team and was named to the All-World President's Team at the 2014 World Field Lacrosse Championships in Denver, CO. Prior to this, Kyle was a 3-time Division 1 All-Conference Midfielder at Robert Morris University. He left the program as the leader in assists and top 10 in goals, assists, groundballs, caused turnovers and F/O %. Kyle has also coached at many levels for both indoor and outdoor including NCAA Div. III (Wilmington College), The Shipley School, Kirkland Lacrosse (Seattle), and many indoor programs in Canada.

Camp Details

Check in/out: Overnight and Extended Day Campers check in at 12pm on the first day and Check out at 12pm on the last day.

Age & Ability: Camp is open to ages 8-17 of all ability levels.

Meals Provided: Overnight campers- Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner; Extended Day Campers- Lunch and Dinner

Evening Activities: After dinner, campers will be grouped up in teams and scrimmage against one another.

9:00am-11:30am - Morning Lacrosse Session
11:30am-12:30pm - Lunch
12:30pm-1:30pm - Free Time
1:30pm-4:00pm - Afternoon Lacrosse Session
4:00pm-5:00pm - Free Time
5:00pm-5:45pm - Dinner
6:00pm-9:00pm - Night Lacrosse Session/Pick up

I really enjoyed my time at camp this summer. I didn\'t know anyone going to the camp. The coaches made sure we all knew each other with some icebreaker games on the first day. I also became good friends with my roommate at camp and we are planning on being roommates again next summer.
