Overview
The Spring Break Clinic is designed to provide lacrosse instruction for boys ages 6 to 14. Training will be held at Oldfield in Fairfield, CT. These sessions will be focused on individual skill development, positional training, shooting, dodging, defense, goalie, team defense/offense strategies, face offs, and settled and unsettled gameplay. Our coaching staff is invested in the individual training and growth of each player. We will develop every player in a challenging and exciting atmosphere where leadership and teamwork will be a focal point. It is our hope that each player can carry their love of the sport with them and always strive to reach their highest potential, both on and off the field.
About Our Coaches
Head Coach Conor Shanahan is currently the Weston High School Head Coach. He previously served as head coach of the Hopkins School for the 2023 season after serving as the offensive coordinator the season prior, before taking the reigns as head coach the following year. While attending high school at Georgetown Prep, Shanahan was a member of a Nationally Ranked Top 10 team for three seasons, and was a Nike Blue Chip prospect. Coach Shanahan completed a PG year at Avon Old Farms, where he received the Henry “Skip” Flanagan aware for leadership and outstanding performance on the field. He played Division I lacrosse at the College of the Holy Cross, where he was named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll for three seasons. Coach Shanahan privately trains players from numerous programs across Fairfield County, and coaches the 2025 Dragons Club team during the fall and summer months.

When: Spring Break Clinic - April 10th to 13th - 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Goalie Clinic - April 14th - 9:00am - 10:30am
Who: Ages 6 to 14
We ask that all participants be dressed in proper attire, and ready to play. Please bring a water bottle for personal use. Pick-up will occur at 12:00 following the conclusion of the session.
