These are the Best Lacrosse Camps in Georgia to Attend in 2024

There may be only two lacrosse camps in Georgia on our schedule for summer 2024, but they’re going to be good ones because they’re with GameBreaker!

We’ve been conducting successful lacrosse camps for 20-plus years since opening our doors in 2001. There have been more than 85,000 campers who have joined us for one of our events, and we’re proud to be the industry standard based on our reputation.

The obvious focus is to help campers improve their on-field lacrosse skills by bringing in some of the most respected coaches in the game from around the country. And that’s exactly what we do, but developing a great lacrosse player goes beyond what happens on the field. We want to help our campers become complete lax players, which means also focusing on the mental side of the game. This includes things like leadership, teamwork, and more.

In Georgia, we have two offerings (one for girls and one for boys) at the same location and at the same time. Our Georgia Lacrosse Camps will take place at Roswell Area Park from June 3rd through June 6th, 2024. While we offer various camp formats for youth lacrosse players, the only offerings available at Roswell Area Park in 2024 will be half-day camps and day camps.

Half-day camps run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and are more targeted for players from ages 6-9. The full-day version of our lacrosse camps runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. For the Boys Lacrosse Camp, we’re very excited to have Myles Jones as one of our coaches. He was a four-year varsity lax player in high school before playing at Duke University and then participating at the professional level. For the Girls Lacrosse Camp, we’re happy to have Emily Cabrera join us as a coach. While she’s made several stops as a coach, she’s most recently been busy helping Life University climb the NAIA ranks.

We know that parents view lacrosse camp as an investment in their child. After all, the half-day option is $279 and the full-day option is $429. With that in mind, we pride ourselves on having a progressive curriculum prepared so campers can make the most of their time with us. The details can vary by location, but they will include some level of fundamental stick work, position-specific training (defense, attack, midfield, goalie), specialized leadership games and events, and unsettled situational game play.
