Camp Director

Alicia Cushing
Alicia CushingKingswood Regional High School Varsity Head Coach

Alicia Skye Cushing, better known as Ali or Coach Cush, is a wife and mother of two daughters. She has had lacrosse in her eyesight since 1993 when she first picked up a lacrosse stick, a wooden one. She played for two hometown high schools and then went onto play at PSC from 1997-2001. In 2002 she had the honor of being the PSC assistant lacrosse coach to the team she had just played for. After graduating from Plymouth State with a degree in Physical Education, with minors in both coaching and health, the drive to coach began at an early age and has continued to the present. Utilizing both her physical education and coaching degrees, she is able to break down skills for athletes of all ages. Focussing on athletes; skills, leadership abilities, IQ on the field, and ways to motivate athletes of all ages.

For many years, 2008-2024, she coached the youth field hockey team for her students and daughters, this coincided with coaching the youth lacrosse program in her area for 2015-2024. She coached every age group, including doubling up on teams throughout some seasons. Throughout that time she coached young athletes from the instructional age, up to 14U.

She is currently the Kingswood Regional High School varsity head coach and had also held this role from 2005-2015. She took the role back over in 2023.

Coach Cush believes in coaching the entire student-athlete; focusing on the leadership, building confidence, and work ethic that fuel success. Knowing that the attributes that are taught on the field will be used both on and off the field in athletes futures. Her goal is to give her athletes the understanding of the game, so that when in game mode they can rely on their understanding and instincts to do what is right for their team!
