Overview

The footwork and fitness clinic will include lacrosse-specific drills, activities, and exercises that will aid in improving stamina, endurance, speed, and agility. One of the most important factors in lacrosse development is footwork. Lacrosse footwork training improves a player's movement on the field and a player's overall improvement in their athletic abilities. Get yourself ready for the upcoming lacrosse season. Come to your tryout and first practice more prepared than your competition.
