Former St. John's University (MN) Head Coach, Mark Hellenack will return to direct this GameBreaker Lacrosse Camp. Mark had an illustrious career at St. John’s, taking the team from a 5-8 season in 2003 to a 10–1 season in 2004 and 13-1 in 2005, winning the UMLL Championship each year. In 2005 he led the Johnnies to the MDIA National Championships in and final ranking that year of #2.
Over his 25 years of coaching and administration, he founded both the youth and high leagues in Minnesota and founded the Minnesota Chapter of US Lacrosse. In 1997 & 1998, Mark won back to back High School State Championships while coaching at Hopkins HS. While in MN he also formed the MN Chill U13, U15 and Lax Loons U17 select teams that represent Minnesota in the Vail Colorado Shootout.
In November of 2004 Mark was inducted into the New Jersey Lacrosse Hall of Fame. Before moving to MN in 1996, Mark founded the NJ Chapter of US Lacrosse and ran numerous clubs, leagues and tournaments including the Jersey shore LC, Garden State Game, War at the Shore and Gill Gibbs All-Star game. He played football (Offensive line) and lacrosse (crease attack) at Kean University in NJ. He also refereed HS lacrosse and was an assistant coach to the legendary (300 wins) Hawley Waterman at Kean from 84-87.
